Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

  • 2–5 years in accounting; law firm experience is an advantage.

  • Accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, UBS, etc.) and Excel.

  • Payroll, statutory submissions, and trust-account handling.

  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work with lawyers under deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain full set of accounts and monthly financial reports.

  • Manage client/trust accounts and perform reconciliations.

  • Handle billing, collections, and disbursement tracking.

  • Process payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

  • Assist in audit, tax, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

  • Liaise with lawyers, auditors, banks, and external agencies.
