Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location:
G Tower, Kuala Lumpur
(Near Ampang Park LRT Station)

Salary Package:
• Up to RM4,000 per month
(Inclusive of Language Allowance)

Start Date:
• 26 June 2026

Working Schedule:
• Rotational Shift
• 5 Working Days per Week
• 2 Off Days

Job Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent and above
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin for day-to-day operational support
• Comfortable handling written communication formats required for assigned regional market support
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer-facing or service-related experience will be an added advantage
• Comfortable working rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays based on operational needs
• Willing to work onsite at G Tower, Kuala Lumpur
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced service environment

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage customer enquiries through email, live chat, and phone communication channels
• Provide product and service-related assistance to customers in a timely manner
• Support issue resolution and maintain service quality standards
• Record and update customer interaction details using internal systems
• Work closely with internal teams to support daily operational requirements
• Deliver professional customer support while maintaining positive customer experience
