Job Summary
The Project Sales Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and managing sales projects from initial inquiry through to completion. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project sales, B2B sales, construction materials, interior fit-out, building materials, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for project sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Follow up on inquiries and negotiate contracts to secure projects.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities when required.
