Requirements
Mandarin required; strong English required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) required.
Law firm or in-house counsel experience required.
Strong knowledge in contracts, compliance, corporate matters and risk management.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours: Mon–Fri 10:00am–7:00pm; Sat 10:00am–2:00pm (WFH).
Responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate JV agreements, licensing agreements, talent contracts and legal templates.
Advise on Companies Act 2016, PDPA, Employment Act and statutory matters.
Oversee trademark/patent filings and manage brand IP portfolio.
Provide early-stage dispute and risk advice; liaise with external counsel where needed.
Support mergers, acquisitions, JV structures and corporate growth initiatives.
