Requirements
- Mandarin required; strong English required.
- Minimum SPM; business-related background is preferred.
- Admin or account support experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication potential are welcome.
- Detail-oriented, patient with repetitive tasks and familiar with Google Sheets/Docs.
- Working hours: Mon–Fri 10:00am–7:00pm; Sat 10:00am–2:00pm (WFH).
Responsibilities
- Handle daily data entry, invoice processing and payment matching.
- Maintain financial documents, vouchers and receipts for easy audit retrieval.
- Monitor petty cash and process staff claims according to company policy.
- Support month-end closing and ad-hoc finance operations.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and internal record matching.
