Requirements

• Native Taiwanese Mandarin speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good command of Traditional Mandarin and English
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Applicants MUST be Spouse Visa holders

Work Arrangement

• Onboarding Date: 20 July 2026
• Location: Cyberjaya
• Working Days: 5 working days per week (2 days off)
• Working Hours: 24/7 rotational shift schedule

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with booking-related requests, amendments, cancellations, and general enquiries
• Provide accurate and timely support throughout the customer journey
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of service quality
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards
