Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in event coordination or management.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Assist in the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.

Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements.

Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Assist with post-event analysis and reporting.

Maintain event documentation and databases.

Support the marketing and promotion of events.
