Supporting the Principal Consultant and Senior Account Holder in delivering comprehensive solutions to family office clients. As the junior account holder of the client relationship, responsible to assist onboarding, structuring, family governance planning, implementation and tax-related coordination.

• Support senior consultants in managing family office and wealth structuring engagements.

• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, onboarding documents, and meeting materials.

• Coordinate client onboarding, due diligence (KYC), and documentation processes.

• Conduct research and compile information for family governance, succession planning, and structural planning exercises.

• Liaise with clients, lawyers, tax agents, company secretaries, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of advisory solutions.

• Prepare meeting minutes, follow-up action items, and maintain proper documentation records.

• Assist in reviewing legal and tax-related documents and coordinating implementation requirements.

• Support ongoing client servicing, reporting, billing follow-ups, and administrative matters.

• Keep updated on relevant tax and regulatory developments affecting family office structures.
