• Fluent in Mandarin and based in or willing to work from KL or Selangor

• Has direct experience dealing with SME business owners as end client

•         Conduct 5–10 sales calls per week with pre-qualified Malaysian SME business owners via Zoom

•         Present BrandwriterAi’s service packages (RM10K–RM30K) using a structured pitch deck and sales framework

•         Handle objections in real time and close deals on the call

•         Follow up with pipeline prospects and move deals to close within a defined timeline

•         Track all activity in the sales pipeline and report weekly on close rates and revenue

•         Collaborate with the marketing team on lead quality feedback to improve targeting

•         Continuously improve through call reviews, coaching, and self-development
