Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air compressor systems and related equipment.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Conduct pre-delivery inspections and installations of new equipment, ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction.

Provide on-site technical support and service to customers in the Puchong, Selangor area.

Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures during service calls and workshop activities.

Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and product lines within the air compressor industry.

Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to guide repair and maintenance tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.

Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of air compressors and related equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on various types of air compressor systems, identifying root causes of problems.

Assist senior technicians in complex repair tasks, learning and applying advanced diagnostic and repair techniques.

Conduct pre-delivery inspections and installations of new equipment, ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and detailed service reports, documenting all work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.

Respond to customer service calls, providing timely and effective on-site support for equipment malfunctions.

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on the latest technologies and service techniques for air compressor systems.

Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for service calls and reporting any shortages.

Provide basic operational guidance and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of their equipment.
