岗位职责
Client Management & Business Development
Own the end-to-end client relationship — from onboarding and briefing through campaign delivery, post-report, and renewal.
Lead all client-facing touchpoints: kickoff calls, status updates, approval rounds, and escalations.
Proactively flag risks to client satisfaction or campaign delivery before they escalate.
Drive a 3.5/4 NPS per campaign through consistent communication, delivery quality, and responsiveness.
Identify and act on upsell and renewal opportunities within managed accounts.
Maintain a client retention rate of 75%+ across the year for all owned accounts.
Manage client expectations on timelines, deliverables, and scope — protecting the agency from scope creep.
Campaign Planning & Full A-Z Execution
Translate client briefs into detailed campaign execution plans — timelines, deliverable owners, approval stages, and go-live schedules.
Own the full campaign calendar from kickoff to post-campaign report delivery with zero to minimal gaps or missed milestones.
Manage and coordinate across internal pods (content, influencer, design) to hit all campaign milestones on time.
Run campaign kickoff, mid-campaign check-ins, and close-out processes for every active campaign.
Maintain real-time visibility on all active campaign statuses — no surprises to the client or Operations Lead.
Achieve a 90%+ on-time campaign delivery rate across all managed campaigns.
Resolve campaign blockers independently without escalation — own the problem, own the fix.
Ensure go-live posts, links, and assets are tracked, confirmed live, and documented accurately.
Influencer Sourcing, Briefing & Relationship Management
Source, vet, and recommend influencers aligned to campaign objectives, target audience, and client KPIs.
Write clear, complete influencer briefs — covering brand guidelines, deliverables, timelines, compensation, and content direction.
Coordinate influencer contracting, onboarding, and payment processing in line with SOPs.
Own all influencer communications — from first outreach through post-campaign wrap-up.
Maintain influencer satisfaction scores above 8.5/10 across all campaigns.
Minimise influencer drop rates through proactive expectation-setting and relationship management.
Flag influencer performance issues, delays, or quality concerns early — before they impact campaign delivery.
Build and maintain an active, well-categorised influencer network for faster sourcing on future campaigns.
Content Briefing, Asset Quality & Approvals
Own the content brief creation process — producing briefs that are specific, aligned to brand, and leave no room for misinterpretation.
Review all content assets (influencer-generated and internally produced) before submission to the client.
Maintain a less than 5% rejection rate across all assets — clients and influencers should receive near-final quality on first submission.
Manage the client approval cycle — send, track, follow up, and close approvals within the campaign timeline.
Ensure content is delivered on time per asset, per executive, per week, per campaign — no silent delays.
Maintain Sevenvault's content quality bar across all formats: static, video, stories, reels, and written copy.
Campaign Monitoring, Reporting & Data
Monitor campaign performance during live phase — track reach, engagement, clicks, and any platform-specific KPIs.
Compile and deliver post-campaign reports within SLA, following Sevenvault's reporting SOPs.
Ensure all campaign data — timelines, spend, influencer performance, content metrics — is accurately logged in the system of record.
Provide clear campaign narrative in reports: what worked, what did not, and recommended next steps.
Support the Operations Lead with revenue and margin visibility per campaign — flag budget variances early.
Maintain data hygiene across all platforms, trackers, and dashboards managed by the pod.
