Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues through tailored sales solutions.

Recommend and support business improvement initiatives to drive sales growth across online and offline channels.

Maintain excellent product knowledge and provide professional advice to customers.

Support business expansion through various ad-hoc duties as assigned.
