Requirements
Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Business Admin or other related field
Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
Working experience with the LHDN is considered an added advantage.
Knowledge of Malaysian tax submission systems, including Form B, BE, CP204, C, E and e-Filing procedures.
Skills required: Tax Law Knowledge, Tax Planning, Excel
Computer literate with good command of Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge in the Accounting system, Superior Tax Com, MYOB, UBS, SQL, Auto Account and Quick Book.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
To ensure all tasks are done in timely manner and up to date
Handling accounts for clients
Working directly for an accountant, help to maintain the office and keep IT running smoothly.
Also deal with customers and external agencies (LHDN)
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries
To ensure all tasks are done in timely manner and up to date
Handling tax for clients
Preparation of tax computations, tax return, other tax compliance to meet tax submission deadlines
Handle a portfolio of tax clients including corporate, partnership and individuals
Able to cooperate and liaise with LHDN officer regarding cases on client tax
Experience in field 1-2 years
