Product Interest: Passionate or knowledgeable about hardware, lighting, and electrical items.

Experience:Prior experience in hardware or electrical retail is a bonus.Fresh graduates and individuals without experience are welcome as full training will be provided.

Customer Service: Greet incoming customers warmly, understand their specific needs, and guide them to the correct product sections.

Solutions Provider: Provide accurate advice and product recommendations on hardware, lighting, and electrical products to help customers solve their problems.

Sales Execution: Assist customers throughout the buying process and actively drive retail sales on the shop floor.

Merchandising & Stock Management: Ensure shelves are fully stocked, items are neatly arranged according to company guidelines, and price tags are updated and visible.

Store Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and neatness across the retail floor to uphold the company's professional image.

Team Collaboration: Cooperate with fellow staff and management to maintain a positive, smooth, and friendly operational environment.
