Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of documents.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and ensuring adequate stock levels.
Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel, providing excellent customer service.
Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
Contribute to the smooth operation of the office by performing various ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
