Site Measurement & Templating: Able to perform site measurement on counter top, flooring, wall, etc and using physical materials (strips of plastic/wood) to create exact templates for benchtops, cladding, vanity tops, and other stonework.

Accuracy Verification: Ensure measurements are accurate to the millimeter, accounting for walls that are not square or floors that are not level.

Technical Documentation: Record detailed notes on cutouts (sinks, cooktops), edge profiles, seam locations, and polished edges

Site Evaluation: Identify potential installation issues early, such as difficult access, plumbing, or electrical conflicts, and offer solutions.

Client Collaboration: Interact professionally with homeowners, builders, and designers to confirm design intent, seam placement, and finished look.
