Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Science or related field

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in R&D/laboratory environment an added advantage

Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills

Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently

Good command of written and spoken English

Conduct test procedures on raw materials, in-process samples and finished products

Develop, improve and customize equipment, product formulas, analytical methods and processes

Document findings, prepare technical papers and reports

Prepare specifications and testing standards for new and existing products

Support R&D initiatives in product development and innovation
