Requirements
Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Administer statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Coordinate employee training, welfare activities, and performance evaluations.
Support ISO documentation and ensure HR records are properly maintained.
Handle general administrative duties and assist management on ad-hoc assignments.
Responsibilities
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
Familiar with payroll processing and Malaysian labor laws.
Experience in handling EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and leave administration.
Knowledge of ISO documentation is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
