Requirements
Minimum qualification: PMR/SPM/Diploma/Degree
Strong communication skills with a professional approach
Able to work under supervision with high discipline
Open to feedback, able to work independently and in a team
Relevant experience preferred (Credit Control or Team Leader experience is an advantage)
Candidates who can bring along an existing team are highly encouraged to apply
Able to work 5 days a week plus alternate Saturdays
Responsibilities
Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
Maintain accurate payment & communication records
Prepare collection status reports for management
Work with team to meet collection targets
Provide professional customer service & resolve payment issues
