Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: PMR/SPM/Diploma/Degree

  • Strong communication skills with a professional approach

  • Able to work under supervision with high discipline

  • Open to feedback, able to work independently and in a team

  • Relevant experience preferred (Credit Control or Team Leader experience is an advantage)

  • Candidates who can bring along an existing team are highly encouraged to apply

  • Able to work 5 days a week plus alternate Saturdays

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers on outstanding payments

  • Maintain accurate payment & communication records

  • Prepare collection status reports for management

  • Work with team to meet collection targets

  • Provide professional customer service & resolve payment issues
