Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and video editing.
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels and other social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a good understanding of current social media trends.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and storytelling skills.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot and produce videos for daily workshop activities, repairs, diagnostics and customer vehicle handovers.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other marketing channels.
  • Edit short-form videos with subtitles, transitions, music, effects and other engaging elements.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians and service advisors to create educational and promotional content.
  • Assist in developing creative content ideas and filming schedules.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Volkspeed Motorsport's branding and marketing objectives.
  • Organize and maintain video and photo assets for future marketing use.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend new content formats to improve engagement.
  • Support live events, promotions and special campaigns when required.
  • Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment.

Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM2,500
  • Performance Incentive: RM50 – RM100 per approved video (based on content quality and performance)
  • Working Days: Monday – Friday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
