Location: KL Sentral (On-site)
Salary: RM4,200 + Allowances
Working Hours: Normal Business Hours (Any 5 working days)
Intake: 29 June 2026

Requirements:
• Fluent in Mandarin (Read, Write & Speak) and B2 English proficiency and above
• Experience in Banking Collections, Debt Recovery, or Credit Control
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to handle customer conversations professionally and empathetically

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls regarding overdue accounts
• Contact customers to discuss outstanding payments and negotiate repayment arrangements
• Follow up on delinquent accounts and encourage timely payments
• Educate customers on payment options and account status
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes and customer queries
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and payment commitments
• Meet collection targets, productivity KPIs, and quality standards
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations and company policies
