Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a background in a sales-driven environment.

  • Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and retail best practices.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
