Job Description

Requirements

  1. Experience: 6 to 8 years in CRM or Loyalty Management, ideally within retail, luxury, fashion or consumer goods.

  2. Track Record: Must have hands-on experience managing at least one major CRM platform migration, in depth system knowledge deployment, and solid experience in launching or managing a retail consumer app/digital loyalty program.

  3. Work Style & Adaptability: A resilient self-starter comfortable with organizational change management; able to work independently to establish new operational structures and processes from scratch, solve unexpected challenges, possesses the agility to pioneer our new digital capabilities within an established brand framework.

  4. Skills: Strong communication skills to manage internal changes, transformative mindset, alongside a strong ability to translate raw data into business strategies.

Responsibilities

  1. System Migration: Oversee the smooth transition from the old CRM system to the new platform without data loss.

  2. Retail Training & Adoption: Create user guides and train boutique teams to effectively use the system for customer relationship building as well as drive customer sign up for the new loyalty app.

  3. Marketing Partnership: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide customer insights and spearhead targeted campaigns for strategic client automation journeys.

  4. VIP Strategy: Build structured loyalty programs and VIP customer frameworks tailored for high-value clientele.

  5. Loyalty Digitalization & App Launch: Design the framework for the new loyalty program and spearhead the launch of the customer-facing mobile app/digital wallet, ensuring seamless integration with our boutique Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.

  6. Compliance Focus: Accountable for driving operational data compliance within the CRM ecosystem, partnering closely with Legal/IT to ensure all data collection and marketing automation workflows strictly adhere to local regulatory standards (e.g., PDPA 2010).
