Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a travel agency or related travel operations role.
Experience using Amadeus (GDS) is required.
Good knowledge of travel bookings, ticketing, and tour arrangements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willing to work weekends when required.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Provide information on tour packages, airline tickets, visa requirements, and travel arrangements.
Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and customer requests.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.
Manage tour, hotel, and flight bookings using the Amadeus system.
Ensure all bookings, payments, and ticket issuance are completed on time.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, abroad suppliers, and internal teams.
Assist customers before and after their travel.
Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
Perform other duties assigned by the Company.
