What You’ll Be Doing

- Guide and assist customers throughout the property buying journey, from enquiry to closing 

- Support customers with financing arrangements and coordinate documentation with panel lawyers 

- Implement sales strategies and contribute ideas to achieve team sales targets 

- Monitor and manage the sales process to ensure smooth and timely completion 

- Assist in organizing sales launches, roadshows, and promotional activities 

- Maintain a welcoming and professional sales gallery/show unit environment 

- Prepare regular updates and reports for your manager 

- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and initiatives 

- Listen to customer feedback and help improve the overall buying experience
