Requirements
Minimum qualification: LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
Able to work as Accounts Assistant
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Fluent in local languages; strong preference for candidates proficient in Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
Assist with daily accounting tasks and data entry
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
Record expenses and keep financial documents organized
Support month-end and year-end accounts closing
Assist in preparing basic financial reports
Handle filing and proper record keeping
Communicate with management and suppliers when needed
Perform other accounting or admin tasks as assigned
