We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Retail State Supervisor to lead and support our retail operations across Johor and Klang Valley

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage multiple retail outlets within the state (Johor / Klang Valley).

2. Drive sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.

3. Monitor store KPIs, sales reports, and stock movement.

4. Ensure all outlets comply with company SOPs and visual merchandising standards.

5. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate retail staff.

6. Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.

7. Work closely with HQ on promotions, stock replenishment, and operational matters.

8. Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly

9. Support state marketing event when needed.
