Nationality: Open to Malaysian Citizens (Locals) only.

Academic & Language: Able to read, write, and count in Bahasa Malaysia or English, with a major advantage if able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin and other languages.

Physical Capability: Physically fit and able to lift, stack, and move heavy boxes up to 25kg repeatedly.

Safety Awareness: Understand basic safety rules for using cargo lifts and handling heavy goods.

Shipment Stock:
Unload wholesale goods, check quantities, and ensure items are in good condition based on delivery orders.

Bulk Breaking:
Unpack large wholesale packages into smaller retail units for display on sales shelves.

Replenish Fast-Moving Stock:
Speedily top up fast-moving items onto sales shelves to avoid empty racks.

FIFO Management:
Arrange stock using the first-in, first-out method to prevent item expiration or damage.

Wholesale Order Preparation:
Accurately select and pack goods for wholesale buyers or lorry drivers.

Stock Take:
Perform regular physical stock counts to ensure accurate records.

Customer Loading Assistance:
Help retail or commercial customers lift and load heavy items into their vehicles.

Cargo Lift Management:
Operate the cargo lift according to the specified weight limits to move stock between floors safely.

Safety & Tidiness:
Keep the store area and lift pathways clean, tidy, and free from dangerous obstacles.

Other Duties:
Execute instructions from superiors and remain ready to assist the team from time to time.
