Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder in business administration, sales or a relevant field.

  • Candidate without Dip / Degree but with good experience in LKA/IKA handling are also welcome to apply.

  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.

  • Preferably 3 - 8 years of sales or key account management experience in FMCG

  • Experience in handling MT accounts will be an advantage.

  • Proficient in MS Office suite.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Well established Personal Care product manufacturer

  • Willing to work at Bukit Jelutong, Shah alam

  • Basic Salary RM6500-RM9000 commensurate with working experience

  • Modern Trade , General Trade, Channel Sales / Distribution Sales experience are welcome to apply.

  • Priority given to candidates who has experience dealing Watson health & beauty Chain Stores

Job Responsibilities :

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements (IKA & LKA).

  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

  • Responsible for planning and implementing market penetration strategies and sales targets and for building strong relationships with customers.

  • To exceed or achieve monthly sales target/ new business development served in the assigned area.

  • Track, monitor and analyze products, channels and customers sales trends in order to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Carry out and plan other sales and marketing functions to increase efficiency.

  • Knowledgeable and experienced to implement best practices to perform duties.

  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
