Job Description

Requirements

JOB SCOPE

  • Manage and optimize online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms

  • Manage product listings, brand presentation, promotions, pricing, and campaigns

  • Handle customer inquiries from online platforms and provide sales support to convert enquiries into orders

  • Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Lemon8, and other relevant channels

  • Create strategies to improve brand awareness, engagement, and online traffic

  • Manage and improve live streaming operations (TikTok Live/Shopee Live), including content planning, performance tracking, and advertising optimization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms to drive sales growth.

  • Create, update, and maintain product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, inventory, and promotional activities.

  • Plan and execute online campaigns, platform promotions, vouchers, and advertising activities to maximize store performance.

  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales support, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

  • Coordinate stock replenishment and inventory management to ensure product availability.

  • Design and create basic marketing materials, promotional banners, and social media content using Canva or similar design tools.

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Lemon8, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  • Develop and implement content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize TikTok Live and Shopee Live sessions, including content scheduling, product selection, and performance analysis.

  • Monitor and analyze sales, advertising, and campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing and e-commerce activities.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Preferred Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.

  • Basic design skills and proficiency in Canva.

  • Good understanding of social media marketing and content creation.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Knowledge of TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and digital advertising is an added advantage.
