JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Candidate who has experience using "Aplus Accounting" System will be advantage.
- Candidate must have experience in doing reconciliation, month end closing accounts and also produce monthly managements accounts.
- Must have knowledge in both payable and receivable accounts.
- Ensure in daily administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating and follow up on pending matters.
- Candidate must able to handle payroll and staff advance by using system and manually.
- Able to do any other task required by management.
- Must have knowledge in preparing formal letters.
- Candidate must able to handle government phone calls and processing incoming mails.
- Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Diploma/ Degree in Accounting
*Knowledge of full set accounts
* Organized, responsible & detail- oriented.
* Good communication skills
* Requires language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
