Qualifications: Hold a diploma in OSH or safety management, recognized by DOSH or SHO/WSHO, and possess relevant safety management certification.

Age and Gender: No specific requirements; male candidates preferred, 30 years and above.

Work Experience: Familiar with safety regulations in a manufacturing environment, hazardous risk management, able to conduct safety inspections and training.

Language Skills: Proficient in Malay and English, able to communicate effectively; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.

General Skills: Responsible, meticulous, and able to manage risk effectively, collaborating with company management to fulfill safety project goals; at least 2 years of experience in safety management.

Responsible for factory safety production, occupational health, environmental safety, and implementing SHE management based on OSHA and DOSH regulations.

Conduct daily safety inspections, equipment operations, prevention measures, and ensure the safe storage of hazardous materials, while organizing regular safety training and drills.

Manage safety documentation, perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with DOSH safety regulations, and prepare annual safety reports.

Record and manage safety incidents, complete safety paperwork, and maintain equipment safety management.

Collaborate with company management to implement safety objectives, regularly assess factory safety risks, and develop safety work plans.
