Prior experience as a Captain, Team Lead, or Supervisor is preferred.
Professional appearance with strong customer service awareness.
Excellent floor management and supervisory skills.
Language Required: Mandarin, English
Responsibilities
Floor Management: Oversee daily front-of-house operations, manage staff scheduling, and assign station duties.
Quality Control: Supervise service flow and ensure all staff maintain high service standards.
Customer Relations: Handle customer feedback, complaints, and any emergency situations professionally.
Sales & Performance: Monitor daily sales targets, promote membership/packages, and assist in executing promotional activities.
Cost Control: Monitor and control operational costs and wastage.
Team Leadership: Conduct training for new hires, lead team briefings, and assist in staff performance appraisals.
