Prospecting, approaching and closing deals with potential clients.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help develop effective campaigns.

Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners for campaign execution.

To take in complaint/feedback from corporate clients and act upon it by informing the relevant Head of Departments/related person in charge to follow up and close it after completion.

Introduce new packages and promotion for the purpose of improving or acquiring sales.

To coordinate and plan projects undertaken by the department.

Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to management.

To tailored packages suit to client’s requirement.

To guide new staff and assist other related support staff.

Support in organizing marketing events, trade shows, or webinars.

Assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

To attend meetings as when required.

To sit in committees as and when required.

To attend training in relation to the job requirement.

To participate in activities to enhance the hospital’s images.

Create interactive content for Media Social platform.

Plan, execute and tracking campaign and leads.

Attend inquiries regarding promotion leads from social media platform and WhatsApp.

Pre-production, production and post production for paid posting, digital advertisement and influencer project.
