Requirements
SPM or higher qualification
Must be fluent in Mandarin (read/write/speak)
Able to understand English & Bahasa Malaysia (bonus)
Detail-oriented with good time management skills
Basic computer skills for stock and order systems
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines
Responsibilities
Manage Inventory – Track incoming and outgoing stock, update records
Order Fulfillment – Pack and prepare online orders for delivery
Track Shipments – Monitor parcel status and update customers
Customer Support – Handle basic inquiries about delivery and stock
Organize Warehouse – Make sure the stock room is neat, clean, and easy to manage
