• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Familiar with construction drawings and site documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic documentation tools.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Support project coordination for renovation, A&A, and fit-out works.
• Prepare and manage site documentation, submissions, and project records.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors on materials and shop drawings.
• Track site progress and follow up on project updates.
• Assist Project Managers with timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external parties.
• Provide general project and administrative support.
