Job Description

Requirements

  • Retail sales experience preferred

  • Cheerful and friendly personality

  • Good communication skills

  • Responsible and hardworking

  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

  • Willing to rotate between SOGO and Mayang Mall outlets

  • Language Required: Bahasa Malaysia & English, Mandarin is an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell products to customers on the retail floor

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing accurate product information

  • Maintain product displays and booth presentation to company standards

  • Rotate between SOGO and Mayang Mall outlets based on assigned schedule

  • Achieve sales targets and submit daily sales updates to the supervisor
