Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of sales management experience in the beauty, aesthetic, wellness, or skincare industry
Experienced managing a team of 10-30 consultants and therapists
Able to analyze conversion rate and develop sales package strategy
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with a proven sales track record
Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customer
Able to handle confidential medical information professionally
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the team to achieve monthly and annual sales target
Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and business development plans to increase revenue and customer retention
Train, coach, and motivate outlet staff while ensuring excellent customer service standards and smooth daily operation
