Requirements
- Possess at least an SPM / STPM / UEC / Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualification. (Fresh graduates in Education or related fields are highly welcome.)
- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin, Malay, and English to effectively guide students through their school syllabus.
- Passionate about education, highly patient with children, responsible, and meticulous in work.
- Prior teaching experience in daycare centers, tuition centers, or as a private tutor will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Manage after-school daycare routines, supervise daily homework, and ensure the well-being of primary and secondary school students.
Focus on guiding SJKC (Chinese primary school) students with their trilingual homework (Mandarin, Malay, and English), as well as preparing them for spelling tests (Tingxie / Ejaan) and daily revisions.
Design and conduct tuition lessons for specific primary or secondary school subjects to unlock students' academic potential.
Maintain effective classroom management and foster a warm, focused, and disciplined learning environment.
Observe students' learning progress and behavioral growth, and maintain regular, professional communication with parents.
