REQUIREMENTS

1) Candidate must possess at least an SPM qualification with good credits in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics.

2) Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

3) Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

4) Meticulous and able to multitask.

5) Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in handling administration tasks or experience in the credit recovery field.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1) To manage day to day planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating and reporting.

2) Perform targeted portfolio reviews in response to the performance developments that may have an adverse impact and assist to formulate action plans to minimize/manage risks identified.

3) To Work closely with Business Unit (BU) to timely identify early warning signs and initiate appropriate remedial actions for deteriorating collection trend/performance.

4) Assists to review and update on collectors daily and monthly performance with Business Head and management

5) Manage client’s communication on the daily operations/portfolio related matters.

6) Perform maintenance update on the overall portfolio based on client’s data updates.

7) Provide advisory support to Business head and Managers on the daily operational and strategies.

8) Work with Business Unit (BU) to manage compliance requirements with zero violation within the group.

9) Assist the Business head/manager on their monthly meetings performance paper/slides.

10) Undertake ad-hoc tasks/projects as may be required from time to time.
