Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in purchasing, procurement, administration, or related roles. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and business partners.
Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and compare pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and payment-related matters.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure adequate stock availability.
Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and related documentation.
Verify invoices, delivery orders, and purchase documents for accuracy.
Coordinate with warehouse, operations, sales, and finance departments on procurement matters.
Assist in supplier evaluation and performance monitoring.
Prepare purchasing reports and other administrative reports as required.
Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
