Responsibilities
To support daily business operations
Perform data entry for smooth data retrieval.
Prepare invoice, credit note, delivery order and other documentation.
Interact with clients, providing technical support and service.
Managing telephone inquiries, incoming calls, take messages and processing mail.
Maintain and upkeep proper administrative record.
Maintain good filing system (paper and electronic formats) and ensure traceability of documents
Responsible on tracking documents before submit it to the related department.
