Job Description
Requirements
- Possess at least Higher Diploma in Accounting.
- FRESH GRADUATES / ENTRY LEVEL APPLICANTS are encourages to apply
- INITIAL TRAINING is provided.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Possess own transport.
- Required Skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, SQL Accounting System.
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles, including bank reconciliation, schedules, journal entries, and other deliverable required for reporting purposes.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process sales invoices and supplier invoices.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Manage tax compliance, including corporate income tax, deferred tax, withholding tax, tax returns and others.
- Willing to travel outstation for event.
- Assist in event preparation work.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
