Requirements

We are looking for Chinese-speaking Customer ServiceSpecialists to join our growing team in a well-establishedmultinational company.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a valid SPM / UEC / IGCSE certificate

  • Proficient in Mandarin andEnglish(spoken & written)

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts (allowance & proper scheduling provided)

  • Minimum 6 months customer service / call center experience is an advantage

Working Hours & Location

  • 9 working hours per day (including 1-hour break)

  • 2 days off per week

  • Locations: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Cyberjaya, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Ampang
    (All locations are accessible by public transport)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outboundcalls, live chat, and emailsupport

  • Respond to customer inquiries with patience, responsibility, and professionalism

  • Provide accurate information and ensure a good customer experience

  • Update customer records and document interactions

  • Escalate complex cases when necessary

  • Conduct outbound calls to resolve complex issues

  • Deliver high-quality service to reduce repeat contacts and escalations
