• Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics repair, display repair, TV repair, or related technical field.

• Certificate, Diploma, or Technical Qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of electronic troubleshooting and repair techniques.

• Familiarity with LCD, LED, touch displays, Interactive Flat Panels, and TV systems.

• Ability to read basic circuit diagrams and technical documentation.

• Hands-on experience using multimeters, soldering stations, and diagnostic equipment.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic computer skills for service reporting and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience repairing LCD/ LED TV or Interactive Flat Panels (IFP).

• Component-level troubleshooting and soldering skills.

• Knowledge of power supply boards, mainboards, T-Con boards, and display modules.

• Understanding of Android-based and Windows-based display systems.

• Experience with touch panel calibration and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with brands such as LG. Samsung , Sharp , ViewSonic, BenQ, MAXHUB, SMART, Promethean, Samsung, LG, or equivalent display products.

• Diagnose and repair Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), LED/LCD TV displays, commercial displays, and televisions.

• Troubleshoot hardware faults including display, touch functionality, power supply, mainboard, and connectivity issues.

• Perform component-level and board-level repairs where applicable.

• Replace defective electronic components, boards, panels, and modules.

• Conduct functional testing and quality checks after repairs.

• Use diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and electronic testing tools.

• Maintain accurate repair records, service reports, and spare parts usage.

• Assist with on-site troubleshooting and technical support when required.

• Follow repair procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding repair status and technical findings.

• Ensure repaired equipment meets company quality standards before delivery.
