Salary Package: RM4,200/ month
Location: KL Sentral (On-site role)
Working Hours: Regular / Normal Business Hours, and any 5 working days
Start Date: 29th June 2026
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Read, Write & Speak) is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in collections
- Ability to handle customer conversations with empathy and professionalism
