Recruitment Consultant (Blue & White Collar Staffing)

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing both blue collar and white collar hiring across multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume blue collar roles (warehouse, production, drivers, technicians)

• Manage white collar positions (admin, customer service, HR, finance, executives)

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure close follow-ups

• Post job adverts and proactively source candidates through various channels

• Screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates

• Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end recruitment processes

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

• Achieve monthly placement targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate and timely updates using recruitment/reporting systems (daily activity tracking, pipeline updates)
