Job Description

Requirements

  • Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin & English Speaker) – Voice Support
  • Location:UOA Business Park, Shah Alam(Opposite LRT / KTM Subang Jaya Station)
  • Industry: International Travel Industry
  • Salary Package:• Basic Salary: Up to RM4,500• KPI Allowance: Up to RM500• Transportation Allowance: RM20/day (Applicable for shifts between 10PM – 6AM)
  • Joining Date: 12 July 2026
  • Working Schedule:• 24/7 Rotational Shift• 9 working hours per day• 5 working days per week• Rotational off days including Public Holidays
  • Job Requirements:• Can speak Mandarin• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Able to support customers across multiple communication channels• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer support environment• Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on operational schedule• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent and above• Basic computer literacy and ability to handle online systems• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail• Customer service or related work experience will be an added advantage• Training will be provided for selected candidates
