Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering, preferably in educational or institutional settings.
Strong knowledge of international building codes, safety standards, and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and engineering management software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Campus Infrastructure Management
Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems across classrooms, laboratories, auditoriums, and sports facilities.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical systems such as HVAC, lighting, power supply, and fire safety equipment.
Compliance & Safety
Maintain compliance with local and international building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and preventive maintenanceschedules.
Energy Efficiency & Sustainability Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices to reduce operational costs.
Monitor and optimise system performance for long-term efficiency.
Project Coordination
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants on new construction, renovation, and expansion projects.
Prepare technical documentation, CAD drawings, and specifications for school facilities.
Stakeholder Support
Provide technical guidance to school leadership and facilities teams.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues to minimise disruption to teaching and learning.
